The Palapye People’s Project (PPP)

The Palapye People’s Project (PPP) was conceived during the festive season of 2023, initially inspired by the vision to unite football teams in Palapye under one cohesive structure. The merger initiative was championed by four dedicated visionaries — Ronald Kgomela, Duncan Steady, Molefhi Kannemeyer Obenne, and Keoagile Letlotla — who transformed a long-standing idea into a tangible community movement.

For years, the concept of merging Palapye teams had been discussed, imagined, and revisited, yet it had never moved beyond conversation. The Palapye People’s Project marked the first practical step toward implementation, turning dialogue into action.
